From Talent Innovation to Learning & Career Basel/Kaiseraugst

The ongoing transformation underway throughout Roche is also affecting us, the internal training and development team at Basel/Kaiseraugst.

While part of the former Talent Innovation team, with the majority of People & Culture, is now organised in six global chapters to meet needs concerning major cross-site issues such as leadership, agility and language centrally, the remainder now comes under the Switzerland/Austria network as the Learning & Career team together with Apprenticeship Training, the New Orientation Center (NOZ), Counseling and the local hub of the Roche Career Center.

This approach seeks to address the needs of the business and of colleagues as well as of Basel/Kaiseraugst as a key site.
