How to contact P&C?

Various topics were covered at this year's AVR offsite meeting in May, and one of the takeaways was that Roche employees want to know more about how they can contact P&C.

People Support Solutions (PSS) is one of the six departments in the People & Culture Organisation and offers advice, services and support on personnel-related topics for all Roche employees; there are three ways of contacting P&C with questions:

● via the People Portal,
● using the RoVi Chatbot (click bottom right of chat window), or
● via the hotline (70444)

Every customer enquiry triggers processes that are worked on by a number of P&C experts in various sections and fields of practice. The various contact options are shown again in the figure.
