Lunch with the CEO

Severin Schwan personally invites four newly qualified apprentices to lunch to celebrate their outstanding performance in the final apprenticeship examination! This was an expression of his high praise for the quality of training and for the apprenticeship program at Roche. Congratulations Sabrina, Julia, Dario & Nico - representing all 116 apprentices of 2022 from Rotkreuz & Basel/Kaiseraugst!

"A lunch with the CEO, I would never have dreamed of that," said Sabrina Maset, a newly trained businesswoman who is now studying business psychology at the HSLU in the "Studying with Roche" program. Together with her three colleagues from Rotkreuz and Basel/Kaiseraugst sites, she was personally invited to lunch by Severin Schwan to celebrate her exceptional performance in the 2022 final apprenticeship exam.

"Severin Schwan has encouraged us to always be open to new opportunities and to make brave decisions. That's what I'm firmly taking on to myself." Sabrina was the best in her field in the entire canton. On the one hand, this shows the excellent training quality that is provided in the departments at Roche. But what is almost more important is the appreciation for the topic of apprenticeships: "There is no question that we ensure the foundation for our future with well-trained specialists - and apprenticeships make a significant and valuable contribution to this. We are proud of our professionals and wish them all the best for their future, because their future is our future." States Severin Schwan.
