News from: Safety, Health & Environment (PSU)

These matters are important, so we will focus on these four products in future:

Safety Excellence & Solutions, Security Excellence & Solutions, Health Excellence & Solutions and Environmental Excellence & Solutions. With the "OnePS" mindset, PSU has decided to continue its transformation journey with the four products cited above instead of the 32 products.

Responsibility for the overall strategy of the products will in future lie with the new PO roles, while the Homebase Lead role will continue to focus on the People and Organisation topics.

At the virtual PSU town hall held on 17 March 2021, Dr Hans Gröger, Head of Safety Health & Environmental Protection, presented the enhanced PSU organisation along with the four Product Owners and the changes to the Homebases. All four Product Owner roles have been filled:

PO Environmental Excellence & Solutions: Kim Schlappritzi
PO Security Excellence & Solutions: Michael Kläy
PO Health Excellence & Solutions: Solveig Rabe
PO Safety Excellence & Solutions: Daniel Fabian

The Employee Health Homebase will now be split into

HB Medical Service (Barbara Schindler) and HB Health Management. Julia Ziesemer will take over as Homebase Lead.

As part of the global People & Culture (HR) transformation, the Counseling Homebase will be integrated into Group P&C as of 1 July 2021 and report directly to Country Catalyst Switzerland (Bruno Weissen).

We wish all employees much success in their new roles.

Also with a view to "OnePS", the Corona Task Force has been working for around a year now to advise and support the site during the ongoing situation. In future, a coordination squad will coordinate and manage the interfaces between Personnel (HBL), Technical (PO), Transformation (PS TT) and the PSU Organisation.
